The sea in winter: deserted beach, abandoned timbers... a wonder.

I had had this project in mind for some time. Not living near the sea, I had long imagined it. An autumn holiday in Normandy then gave me this opportunity: to sit by the sea and enjoy the moment. The first intention was to shoot in ICM (Intentional Camera Movement), but the effect of the Lensbaby Sweet50 wide open convinced me more. The blur and light colours of these soft and delicate images convey serenity and a bit of mystery, don't you think?
